Self Exclusion

Take control of your gambling. Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your account for a period you choose or permanently.

What is self-exclusion?

Self-exclusion means you choose to lock your account so you cannot log in or place bets for a set period (e.g. 6 months, 1 year) or indefinitely. This helps if you feel you need a break or want to stop gambling on our site.

How to self-exclude

You can request self-exclusion from your account settings under Responsible Gambling, or by contacting our support team. Once the request is processed, your account will be blocked for the chosen period. We may also close the account and remove marketing contact.

During self-exclusion

You will not be able to log in or reopen your account until the chosen period has ended. We will not send you promotional emails or allow new accounts linked to you during this time, in line with our policies.

Need support?
