Sports Rules
Rules governing sports bet settlement and voiding. These rules apply unless stated otherwise in the market or event.
Settlement and results
Bets are settled using the official result from the relevant governing body or official source we designate. For example, football results are based on the result after 90 minutes (including stoppage time) unless a different market is specified (e.g. extra time, penalties). Results are final once we have confirmed the official outcome.
Postponements and cancellations
If an event is postponed, bets may stand until the event is played or we announce a new cut-off. If an event is cancelled or declared void, single bets are void and stakes returned. In multiples, the selection is treated as void (e.g. odds of 1.00) unless the whole bet is void under our rules.
Abandoned events
If a match or event is abandoned before the required duration (e.g. 90 minutes in football), we will settle in line with our rules—often voiding the market unless a result has already been determined (e.g. first goal scored). In-play markets may have different rules; check the market description.
In-play and live betting
Live bets are settled on the result at the time the market is closed or as stated in the market rules. We reserve the right to void bets where there is a clear error (e.g. incorrect odds or score) or where we suspect manipulation.
Errors and disputes
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in odds, lines, or settlement. If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, contact support with your bet details. Disputes are resolved in accordance with our Terms of Service and any applicable regulator requirements.
